In order to ensure customer satisfaction with Nologo Racing products, customers wishing to exchange or return one or more items may do so under certain conditions:
Each item must be returned in the same condition as when received, unused (with label) and in its original packaging. The package must be returned within 14 working days (date of delivery to the post office or carrier).
The return label must include the customer’s precise address and that of the recipient:

You are responsible for return shipping costs for orders under €200 (shipping not included). For orders over €200, we will cover the cost of returning the item for exchange (please contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org in this case).
The parcel must be accompanied by a note identifying the order and specifying the item(s) to be returned and exchanged.
If there is a price difference between the old product(s) and the new product(s) during an exchange, Nologo Racing customer service will contact you.
If there are no items to be exchanged immediately, we will issue a credit note for reimbursement. Customers can then use their credit note whenever they like, in the store, at sporting events or on the website. The credit note is valid for 2 years.
Exchanges cannot be made unless this procedure is followed.

The creation process remains quite long but achievable by our teams. To save time, it is preferable to already have your design in PDF format before contacting us.
For orders to France and Europe: once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing the link to track your package.
Our site is secure and all payments are secure too. So don’t have any fears.
We accept payment by credit card, Paypal and Stripe.
Once the order has been dispatched, it takes a maximum of three (3) days to receive the order in France. Five (5) days for destinations outside France. However, current supply problems may sometimes delay shipment.
Orders to Switzerland and England have longer delivery times (approx. 10 days).
We ship the products everywhere in France and Europe but also in all the United States thanks to our American subsidiary.
